Position              :-    Personnel Coordinator

 

Works under the direct Supervision of the Project Director. In charge of the day-to-day activities in the Personnel Department like hiring, termination, transfer, reclassification, salary adjustment, payroll list, promotion and other Administrative functions for the total manpower of 1800 who are at present employed in the Project.Implements and coordinates all personnel related activities in accordance with company approved policies and procedures.  Assist when required in mobilization and demobilization of Manpower for different projects.Responsible for the cordination of all Personnel and employee relation activities at a work site. Prepare reprots such as Headcount, turn over cost, maintance of Baseline of the Projects, Travel arrangments for the Project's Personnel.

 

 

OBSERVATION DURING MY ASSIGNMENT AS PERSONNEL COORDINATOR

The Administration/Personnel Department is one of the important departments in any of the Organization, which plays a major role in the success and development of said Organization as it is the department that has direct contact with the work force.  For this reason, its prompt and quick response in the preparation of employee's transactions as well as its strict implementation of the terms and conditions of Employment Agreement will no doubt give entire satisfaction of these employees.  As such they will be more productive and dedicated.  It is needless to say that any sluggishness or procrastination in the processing of employee's transactions or their paper-work may have and adverse impact on their performance and productivity.
